((This job is set after Razia returns from “Protect the Village.” Ray will be DMing this thread to give him something to do.))
It hadn't been a particularly easy or fun job. The bandits weren't exactly pushovers, but Razia had survived. That's what mattered. Now she had journeyed back to Angel Wing to check in, since it was on her way home. She had intended to take the test to become a C-class mage immediately, but the universe had other plans. Just as she was about to walk into the old church that housed Angel Wing, some frantic-looking man bumped into her. He apologized, and gave Razia a copy of the job flier he was going to hang up in Angel Wing's guild hall after explaining that this one was urgent. This job was ranked at C-class, and it looked like it was a pretty easy one. All Razia had to do was go give a lecture at Crocus University, and then she'd basically be qualified for the B-class test as well. The job definitely looked legit; the official seal of Crocus University was found in wax at the bottom of the flier.
With this in mind, she decided to head back with the man who was responsible for the job. He had travelled out to Warmwell via horse-drawn, covered wagon, and there was plenty of room for Razia in back. With this method of travel it would only take about 4 hours to get to Crocus. This would get them into the city at close to midnight, and Razia could rest up at her house before arriving for her lecture. That being said, Razia was already exhausted from her ordeal with the bandits, and also from an 8 hour long walk to get back to Warmwell. She crawled into the wagon and curled up in a corner to try and catch some rest. Sadly, that wasn't going to happen.
The contact was intent on talking about the details of the request, but that was not the worst of it. The trip got awful quite quickly as Razia discovered a weakness: she suffered from horrible motion sickness. As soon as the carriage started moving, Razia was horribly sick to her stomach. Her mind was clouded so badly that she could think of nothing but her nausea. Every moment was a struggle not to vomit. Every breath brought her that much closer. Even while feeling so completely horrible, Razia still had to listen to whatever this man was babbling on about, and she somehow was supposed to respond to him.
